Feature Requests

Every Value Unit will have a Backlog of Value Items so that the work can be managed in a Scrum way.

Value Units act as containers for Value Items. With the ability to create and manage versions and milestones you will be able to plan the releases or events.

Your Value Units (products, projects, services, ...) will have their "home" page where you will be able to configure properties.

The default page (My Board) will get a new card: Recent Value Items (tasks) and the Teams card will be more compact. The Accountability page will be introduced and some quality-of-life changes will be applied to all Goal Boards.

You will be able to create and use Value Items of different types (Tasks, Stories, Epics, Bugs, ...) and attach them to Value Units (your products, projects, ...)

Additionaly to the card and table view, the KPI dashboard for the organization, org. units, value units and teams will be generated. You will be able to use them in sync with OKRs or independetly.

My Board will receive Value Items card and redesigned Team card. New page will be introduced: Accountability, which will display all Objectives and Key Results for any person.

Goals transition through a series of states. Goal becomes completed when the period ends. We will be adding a possibility to make it complete not only automatically, but also manually. This action will be possible near the end of the cycle. When the Goal is in completed state, you can do a retrospective, take some learning notes. You will also be able to clone the Goal, so you can use the clone as a template for some future session.

Long-running goals in strategic areas is one way of describing and visualizing strategy.

When metrics are used in key results, then those metrics become important for us in a selected period. That is when we can call those metrics Key Perfomance Indicators. Metrics are the most important part of any Key Result. When you are providing values for your Key Results at the Check-in event, and if you are using a Key Result based on metric, then you are actually providing data points for the metric itself. That enables the possibility to view on the data from a different perspective, not only from the OKR one.
